the door handle
If only we own the house we’re staying right now, you bet I could have done more house improvement. But since we are renting, our action is limited. Like for instance the door entrance handle, I wanted to make it a little bit higher because my son can reach it and he can open it at once. The one we have is almost similar to this Baldwin handle set. I guess it could easily be move but not sure if the landlord would agree. Another option that I’m thinking is to put a double lock somewhere at the top. I think the later is doable and can easily be removed if we’re going to transfer again… Well, let me check first what the husband think about this.

Future work
After DH configured the setup of our computer, looks like he’s planning for another work, not that soon though. He showed to me some stuff he’ll need and that includes a lot of cabling like the CAT6 type patch cable. I don’t have an idea where he will use it but he said those are the ones needed for servers and the like. Well, I’m not really aware of all the hardware stuff but surely this would be a good one. And most of all, I would benefit from it, LOL!

organize stuff
Finally the husband finished with all the hardware stuff… And to complete with all our home organizing, I suggested to buy a new computer table where we can put the NEW geek we have… (i’ll talk about that later on, hehe). He agreed to me and we’re able to get a new table at a cheaper price. The shop where we ordered was like a discount furniture store to me because almost all their items were discounted at a lower price. Maybe because of the Chinese New Year festive… Anyway, the new table will be delivered Tuesday and I’m excited to organize all my stuff there… I actually started to fix my files on the computer and hopefully I can manage to sort all my scrapbook stash. With regards to our pictures, I was able to sort them out already and backup last year’s photos. So far, everything looks nice and in order. I’ll give you more updates about this later on…
