Monday Template Freebies
I’ve been looking for some freebies today but decided to focus on templates instead of hunting for kits and other digital stash. And while doing my search, I stumbled on industrial equipment site that caught my attention with various colors of each category… yes a color combination idea… 
Anyway, I grabbed 3 beautiful templates for today. Here are they:
1. Designer Digitals
I super love that baby 1st year template…. I’m hoping I can use that sooonnn… I remember I made a layout for my son’s first 12 months before but I think didn’t finish, hahahaha! I have to check that one.
Almost holiday :-)
September is just around the corner and as soon as ‘BER’ months started, feels like Christmas is almost here… hahaha! It’s another gift giving time and as early as now hubby and I were discussing about holiday gifts to our families back home. We’ll be staying only here in Hong Kong for the coming holiday that’s why I want to prepare early for our “balikbayan box” because I’m sure it will be another busy and might have a delay with the forwarder. In that case, I guess I have to start listing down the names and things to buy. As for scrapping, I hope I can do another calendar this year for year 2010 so I can give it to my parents and in laws just like the previous years…. Well, lots of ideas and plans, hopefully everything will fall in place…. *sigh*

Shop with Coupons
I love to shop and I believe most women love shopping… I’m sure you would agree that it’s so nice to shop when there’s sale or discounts offered or even coupons at hand. That’s one way of saving, isn’t?
Let me tell you this related side story: hubby and I have couple of books that we’d like to buy. We’ve listed it down last week. As we checked on our budget, looks like we will be using the money allotted for savings. And so we thought if we could have one of Amazon coupon codes, then the books can be purchased as we can get discounts from it and at the same time we can still have savings. Nice!
And so what I want to emphasize here is that let’s be wise in our shopping. Take advantage of the various discounts offered so we can have savings and eventually trim down our bill… A savings over 20% or 50% is truly rewarding. So the next time you shop, check first if there’s available coupon to use. It’s worth checking the list.
Getting ready for school
One more week to go and another school year will start… My son is getting excited to go back to school. He told me he missed his friends… Well, he’s actually getting bored at home, that’s why. Anyway, next week I’ll probably be going to his school to buy new things. The last time we went there, they’re busy fixing some preschool furniture and things to use for the coming school opening. I’m sure this time it’s all ready for next week. As for us here, I guess I have to be ready with this new schedule again- food and preparing all stuff for the little guy… well, the mommy duties ya know! ….it sure is another busy, busy days for me… hahahaha….. The newsletter came to my inbox yesterday but it’s only this time I was able to see it closer and had the chance to browse the beautiful layouts made from the kit… what can I say – beautiful!
If you have little kiddo going to school you’ll probably love this kind of kit. And as for me, my long time project for my son’s schooling has never been started yet, waaahhhh! He’ll be on his last year as Kindergarten student this coming school year so I’m really hoping I can start it sooooonnnnn….

Long Lazy Days
Literally I have that long laaazzzyyy days last week. 
Blame it to my crazy mood and hormonal imbalance, LOL! Well, the title really meant for a digital freebie kit that can be downloaded by following a blog train. But before doing it, since I knew that would be the fun part downloading pieces of goodies I took a few minutes to review our insurance policy. I even checked this ddefinition of life insurance. Few months to go and we’ll be paying another premium and we have some plans on the dividends earned. That’s why I have to go through again with our policy… Ok, after doing the serious part, I immediately went to the first stop of this LLD blog train and continue until the end of it. By the way this is the preview of the kit:

A little update
Happy Saturday. Just thought of peeking here, which is unusual to me during Saturday. When I was in scrapping roll last year, I usually have a layout to show you on weekends. I hope I can back the old mood I have. Well, whenever there’s a new layout done by my friends, I’m really inspired to scrap too. But as soon as I have my photoshop open, I don’t know where to start already, hahaha! Sort of creative block, and instead I find myself browsing various sites looking for more inspiration. I even ended up reading articles on investments, disability insurance and other current events… Speaking of insurance (just a little insert here), I came across Allsup, which has 98% success rate in SSDI process. And they have helped more than 110,000 people received their Medicare benefits. If you happen to know a friend or relatives who’s looking for this type of insurance then it’s worth trying Allsup.
Anyway, for this weekend I’ll focus searching on ideas and more inspiration. I’ll be hunting for freebies also but mostly I will grab digital templates. As of today I have a lot but haven’t touch them yet, haha! But I can sense it will be soon. The husband just installed PSCS4 on my Macbook and it’s cool. Once I’m done with all my pending online tasks, I wanted to cleanup my digital stash- throw away old ones. I don’t think I need to save them on CD anymore. I won’t be opening them anyway so if I’m not going to use then take it away, hahaha! Ok, that’s a little update for today. Now checking other digital galleries… have a great weekend to you all! Ciao!
