owning a car
One thing that the husband missed back home was our first ever car. We actually named it “vince” from its color venezian gold… 
We have it for 2 yrs only and decided to sell, as we have to stay abroad. Right now we’re thinking of getting a car here but what comes to our mind first was our household budget. Basically if we opt to own a car we need to set aside funds for maintenance and insurance expenses. Though for the later cost, I believe there is cheap auto insurance that can be found. At any rate, still we have to make a budget solely for car expenses. Anyway, we’re not really in a hurry. From time to time we talked about this topic as it is really part of our plan… but definitely not this year… because another project is still on-going and we have to prioritize it, hehe… And when the time we have the car, I will make sure I know how to drive it, LOL!

Have you watched Oscars? Well don’t ask me, I forgot to watch hehe…. However I was able to catch the news the following day and saw the winners on stage… they all look stunning…

It shows that the trend is like a satin fabric thingy for the ladies… isn’t? Just great! And it’s fun looking at different fashion styles of these celebrities… a nice inspiration too
Fast and Easy
… and that I’m referring the way online transaction goes. I’ve been in IT for so many years already and I’ve seen how most of the transactions being done from paper works up to the latest trend in technology and that is almost everything we can do online now. From shopping to bank transactions to flight booking and even getting a life insurance quotes. Gone were the days that we have to call and look for the best agent just to get quotations for insurance. For shopping, we can do it online as well, which for me is more convenient. There may be exceptions of course but in totality it’s a big advantage. And you know because of online thingy, I gained a LOT of friends.

Sony VAIO W series
Two weeks ago I told the husband my wish to buy a small notebook that I can bring like for instance going to library. The pc I’m using right now is a 17” laptop, which is big to bring along and a little bit heavy for me. So I’m telling him what if I buy a small notebook and I showed this Sony VAIO W Series notebook that is light and stylish.
And yes on that pink color as well, hehe… As I look at it, it’s handy and sturdy enough that I can bring along when I go to library (that’s one of my favorite places to go while the little boy is in school… ) . Some other features are listed below:

Hello March
… and hello my friends and lurkers!
I can’t believe two weeks had passed since the last time I blogged. Looks like it was just the other day, hehe. Well, just like what other always saying, “time flies when you’re having fun” but for me I could change that to “… when you’re busy” Yes, real life caught on me and the list of things to do is never ending. One thing that keep me busy is my job hunting and preparation. I had an interview and hopefully will be accepted. They’ve asked for my references as part of their pre-employment screening. I’m really praying that I’ll get this job otherwise I will still try my luck with others.
Another thing that keeps me away from blogging and staying online is the never ending household chore plus a little kiddo to take care of. As soon as my son backs to school, some activity need to attend and there are homework for him that I need to assist. A total mommy duties, eh! … Anyway, so its March now… 2 wks to go and it’s my son’s 6th birthday… no exact plans yet. Let’s just see what we can come up for the next few weeks, hehe…
