Work Out in T-Shirts to Prevent Blemishes
There is no longer any debate that exercise is good for you. Studies have proven time and time again that working out and working up a sweat can improve your body’s shape and fitness, can boost your spirits, and make you more mentally focused. But what does raising your heart rate and working up a sweat do for your skin? It can cause breakouts, which feels unfair. You work so hard to maintain a good body shape and what does it give you? Pimples and other blemishes.
One way to avoid breakouts on the parts of your body that tend to retain the most sweat is to take a shower as soon as possible after your weight training or cardio kickboxing class. Your back, neck, shoulders, and chest release plenty of moisture during your high-impact movements, so the sooner you can wash it off the better. Especially if you workout in the morning before you shower. That means all the oil and particles that build up on your skin overnight are then mixed with sweat and rubbed into your skin. The friction cause by movement combined with the warmth make a perfect breeding ground for the bacteria and clogged pores that can cause blemishes.
Besides showering post-workout, try wearing loose fitting clothing, like T-shirts and baggy shorts. Workout apparel is often tight-fitting and can create more friction on your skin, or trap sweat in your pores. Sweat-wicking materials that are designed to keep you dry as you exercise are great. However, they can get expensive and if you can’t afford to spend that much cash on workout gear, then the loose fitting T-shirts, tanks, and shorts are the way to go. Your skin will thank you, and you will no longer have to sacrifice clear skin for toned muscles.
Canon EOS7D
With a variety of new camera in the market today in particular DSLR, who wouldn’t want to upgrade. Though I believe taking shots still depends on how the photographer does it but having the perfect gadget makes it pretty great. Right now we have Canon EOS30D model, which for me is good enough to learn basic photography if you really want to be a professional photographers or even if you’re just a photo enthusiasts. However, the husband wanted to upgrade to a more versatile camera, which enhance every facet of the photographic process, from still images to video. And that model he’s eyeing to buy is the EOS7D Canon camera.

We’re able to read more reviews about this camera and even received feedback from friends who have it. Here are the key features of this Canon EOS7D:
Key features:
* 18MP APS-C CMOS sensor
* 8 frames per second continuous shooting
* 1080p HD video recording with manual controls
* 3.0 inch Clear View II LCD screen with 920,000 dots
* 19-point AF system (all cross-type)
* 1.0x magnification and 100% coverage viewfinder
* Wireless flash control
* Environmental sealing
The video recording, which is one of the features, excites me with this model. I’ve seen an output already of the video and it’s indeed nice and clear.
I know the husband has been drooling over this for quite a while but since no budget at the moment we cannot upgrade yet. Hopefully soon once we have extra money for this.
love shopping
Shopping is one thing that I couldn’t resist… oh yes I love to shop and I believe most women do like it especially if they could shop on a big deal like having coupons, isn’t?
As for me, as much as possible I prefer for sale or discounted items. Why not, that’s the only way we can save money and buy things at a lower price, right? And so when my dad informed me his plan of buying a new TV, I told him to check if it’s on sale or at least has coupons like the one of those abt electronics coupons. At least you can get the items on such a great deal and best price.
Looking for sale or coupons of various store is not that difficult now a days and you can use the Internet as a great resource for all of this. One should only be on the lookout for latest happenings and updates in town…
Preserve wealth
I’ve read it to be the one of the best ways to preserve wealth and that is to buy gold bullion or any precious metal that could be traded throughout the world. Because of its purchasing power, it’s a good asset as a protection against economic crises. To learn and understand the value and worth of this investment, one step is to read more information and facts from a trusted name in purchasing precious metals. You may also check on the Internet as there are lots of articles and information provided and even testimonies of those who was able to diversify already into this type of portfolio. I’m sure you will be inspired with their stories and would be interested to learn more alongside with other precious metal.
Playing Badminton
Last week I was able to meet my close friends and we had some chitchats on how to lose weight. I told them I wanted to buy a new exercise machine so I can do my own workout at home or maybe will look for weight loss pills that work. But, since all of us wanted to lose some fats, we agreed to play badminton together, which my friend said could lose weight easily. She further said the effort you do during a badminton game is huge. That is why the burning of calories is also very high during a badminton game….
Well, I have tried playing this sport before and indeed a good aerobic workout. At least I don’t need to spend money to buy exercise machine for now. Let see how it goes… We’ll planning to start it next month. Hope this will work for me.

For dark under eye circles
I’ve spent the last couple of weeks packing, sorting things at home and a lot of different stuff in preparation for our vacation. Aside from having terrible headaches, I got those dark under eye circles that still present until now. I believe there are various eye creams in the market but I have to make sure the one I get fits on me. For the meantime, I will try this simple and good home remedy which I got from the internet:
Make a mixture of lemon juice, cucumber juice and lanolin cream, apply under the eyes and keep for 10-15 minutes.
In addition, drinking good amount of water also helps in lightening the dark circles under the eyes. And the most recommended is to have eight hours of sleep.
Hopefully this will be gone in the following weeks….
Stop Spending
From cheap insurance to discounted clothes, I believe most household is trying their best to lessen the expenses and save as possible. Because economy is unstable, it is important we save money for future use or in case of emergency there is an available fund to pull money and not borrow from anybody else. I know it’s not that easy to save especially if the income is just right for one household. And keeping a percentage for savings is the last thing to do or maybe not done at all. In an article that I have read, it is recommended to ask the following questions to help the process of savings:
• Who am I? What’s my current financial picture?
• How do I want to live? How do I want to use my money?
• How can I make the best use of my money?
And emphsize on treat managing your money like you would any other household task and allot enough time for it every month.
And what’s the bottom line on financial health? “Stop spending”…
I’m back here

Hopefully I still have good connection later tonight and I can do more blogging and updates. Ciao for now.
