Making a Scrapbook for Someone in Assisted Living: Seattle Can Give You Inspiration
Do you have a friend or a family member in assisted living? If you do, it would be nice to make them something that they could enjoy and remember you by for the times when you’re not there. For assisted living, Seattle is a great city because of the high quality of care that you get there. You can also use the city as inspiration for some of the things in your scrapbook – especially if the person in assisted living loves the city and/or has lived there a long time. If you’re looking for ideas to make your relative or friend’s room a little more special, why not make a scrapbook?
Scrapbooking is easy and it doesn’t have to be terribly costly. There are plenty of options for how to make one and you can do all kinds of things to show your friend or relative that you’re thinking of them. Keep in mind that you can buy a lot of scrapbooking items, but it’s also good to add a really personal touch. Take pictures of the Space Needle, for example, or go up to the top of it and take a picture of the city. Look around for things the two of you loved, like the zoo or the aquarium.
There are many beautiful sights in the Seattle area. You can capture them all and put them on the pages of a scrapbook that your friend or relative can look at any time they’re feeling blue. It’s also something that they can show to others, giving them a conversation piece and opening up the door to making a lot of new memories with the people in the assisted living facility. A scrapbook can be added to later, and it’s a gift that just keeps on giving with the stories it tells.
