AWTK#4: I want to see and know YOU

… for this week, I want to SEE you. Post your most recent pictures. It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t look great. I want to see more than what is a normal avatar. Take note that it needs to be RECENT. Can you believe I can use an avatar dated 2 years ago? Time for things to change :)

Secondly, I want to KNOW you. Just YOU. Sans kids, the husband, just YOU. I have a lot of ME tags in my blog – you can use that. What do I want to read: You – Now. It can be as simple as “I love Coke.” or as complex as “I am the crossroads of my life.”

OK, so here’s my post:

Honestly I don’t know what to say about me, LOL! Yes I talk a lot but if it’s “all about me” stuff, I stop! Anyway, let me try it now…

~ I grew up in Laguna (San Pedro), the 2nd child among 4 siblings and the first daughter among 3 girls in the family. I’m close to my parents but more to my Mommy.
~ My parents being active in different religious organization in our parish, I adapted going to church in my early life and even joined choirs and different communities (the last was SFC before I got married)… and I believe I’m so influenced with my religious environment that I even married an ex-seminarian, hehe… yes the husband that is. ;)
~ I started schooling at 3 as I want to join my elder brother according to my Mom. I got honors, awards in school. I love joining Math quiz bee especially on my HS years and even joined interschool Accounting quiz in College…. Yes, you guess it right my fave subject is Math. :)
~ I took up Accounting degree in College and proud to finish BSA (we’re only 15 then, there’s always elimination exam every year before we can go on the next year). Unfortunately I experienced the big failure when I didn’t pass the board exam (I’m conditional i.e. 4 subj passed but didn’t make it)… (haayy naalala ko na naman hehe…) Cried to death talaga ako. Not even went out from my room. But it was the moment of realization and healing for me… (mahabang kuwento pa yan, hahahaha)… anyway, after working 2 years in accounting field I changed my career to IT, which I enjoyed a LOT. :D The BIG BOSS up there, provides me the guidance and strength for this big leap… surely no regrets at all and the blessings were abundant.
~ I learned programming when I was accepted as programmer trainee. I spent 3 months learning and got a lead programmer role and eventually assigned to different clients.
~ My first travel abroad is Hong Kong, LOL! that’s why I love this country, hehe… Been to Beunos Aires, Argentina.
~ They said I’m a domestic goddess, hehe… I love to cook but more of baking. I love to try different recipes. Someday I want to have my own bake shop, hehe…
~ I love learning new things and explore.
~ I like reading books.
~ I find myself doing things the last minute. (like doing this tag, LOL!) I don’t know but that’s me… I wish I’m always on time… hehehe….
~ I love shopping. Am actually an impulsive buyer but lately I’m getting wiser in spending (thanks to the husband)…
~ I enjoyed party preps especially for Kids, as well as Wedding preps.
~ I love the thought of giving and helping others. I love to help in any way that I can…
~ I’m very emotional and moody person. I cried easily.
~ I started working and earning at age 20, engaged at 23, married at 26, mommy at 29 and now I’m 33, a proud mommy and wife, happy and truly blessed….

Yep, that’s me, uneditd photo :D Taken Friday morning, 10-10-2008. :) in front of my buddy- mac. No makeup at all… kakasuklay ko pa lang ng hair, LOL! I have that long hair that I’d like to trim soon.. kung kelan magwiwinter na, hehe… notice the color, i just love it, last December pa yan, nice sya.

Ok, I think that’s it.. whew! The post where I spent long time…. LOL! Thanks Aggie. I’ll be doing a scrap page for this…
