A healthy and nutritious diet is very important for the health of our skin and help prevent acne blackhead breakouts.First on the list is that we should eat three to five fresh vegetables and fruits everyday. Fresh fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants and natural nutrients and that our body desperately needs to repair our skin and other vital organs. Next, It is thought that foods that are rich in sulfur may also be valuable since it aids in the treatment of acne topically. And most important, we should drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday to flush our system of toxins.
